The Eastside Neuroscience Institute is a joint effort between Evergreen Health and Overlake Medical Center. Together, we provide the Eastside and beyond with world-class neuroscience and comprehensive spine care. Our providers are top national experts in cerebrovascular disease, brain and spinal surgery, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and other diseases impacting the spine and brain.
When you refer a patient to our institute, we collaborate with you throughout the patient’s journey to ensure the highest quality care. Our nurse navigators help you find the appropriate provider who can help your patient. They will also make it easy for your patients to make an appointment.
